I took a blood sugar test and it came out 103. im 16 and have to take one again tomorow. will exercising the day before make blood sugar higher the next day?

No: As long as you do not have diabetes, your blood sugar should remain in the normal range since your pancrease (pancrelipase) can control the amount if Insulin released.
