No: If you monitor your blood sugar and have noticed it, I won't argue. But don't rely on it. This is the first I've heard of this after 40 years in medicine. If that were true, feeing hot or cold would a sign of diabetes going out of control (glucose up or down respectively), and would be a helpful sign. It's not. Glad you're interested in health and taking a proactive approach.
