Nocturnal hypo: Dear JustinZ, sometimes the sugar actually goes too low overnight and as a response, the liver releases the glucose storages. Unfortunately, this release is not well controlled causing high sugars in the mornings. Talk to your doctor, but consider doing a 3AM glucose check or modifying your bedtimes snack.
