Unlikely: The connection between drinking tea and stroke is not clear. The connection between coffee and stroke is not clear either.
It is believed that black tea has beneficial and protects blood vessels. The same is believed for coffee. A reasonable recommendation is to drink no more than two cups a day.

There is no reliable evidence at all that tea causes stroke. There is no theory about how it would do that nor have results been replicated.
