No: Too much is vague. Coffee/tea increase urination but won't harm your kidneys; too much caffeine is not good for anxiety and may worsen panic attacks. I suggest moderation such as no more than 4-5 cups a day.

Depends: Anything in excess is not good. So are coffee and tea. They cause dehydration and sometime lack of sleep and fast heart beats.
