Fitness: Sumo wrestlers are very fat but have no tendency to diabetes or the other effects of obesity because they exercise intensively. I'm betting that you actually want to gain muscle mass instead, and this you'll do in the gym or at work with resistance training, perhaps supplementing with creatine and/or an electronic muscle stimulator unit. Eat lean protein & no more than you feel you really need.
