I am on borderline diabetes, slightly overweight and trying to get weight down?

Lifestyle: Hi. The first advice is, of course, healthy diet, regular exercise, and achieving & maintaining ideal body weight. Having said that, we understand the difficulties. Healthy diet very important: whole grains (no refined grains/flours), healthy oils (canola, olive), nuts, legumes, nonfat dairy, lean meats, fruits & veggies. Diabetes drugs that can help: GLP-1 agonists. Can consider Qsymia or Belviq (lorcaserin).
