The same: as anyone else -- eating less and exercising more. You have to burn off 3,500 calories to lose a pound. Try cutting out 250 calories a day to lost a pound every two weeks. It's not how fast your lose, but you need to learn to eat properly to not only lose the weight but keep it off the rest of your life. Good luck.
