Quit smoking, but how do i deal being around other smokers?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stay away from them: The smell of tobacco smoke, seeing people smoke etc are all triggers and can cause relapse. Do all you can to stay away from smokers - if they are friends, ask them not to smoke in your presence. If your cravings are strong, consider medical therapy to reduce them, or at least a formal smoking cessation program that can give you emotional support. Congrats on quitting and hope you stay quit.
