YES: Walking is part of college life, and is walking between classes isn't enough it's easy to do more. College probably have many levels of sports available from casual to varsity. Find a sport you like and play to enjoy. But if you haven't done this, what's holding you back? And why do you need to exercise more anyway? Talk with your dr about that.
