Eat less and exercis: If you are overweight, then you need to reduce your daily food intake and exercise. Both are important to lose weight but cutting calories is much more effective if you seriously want to lose weight. Also eat healthy(no fast foods whichh are loaded with sugar and fats). Healthy foods are plant based like grains, vegetables and fruits. Supplement these with proteins from eggs, fish, nuts and tofu.
