Burn fat grow muscle: Cardiovascular exercise will help you burn fat. This won't inhibit muscle growth unless you are not eating a healthy diet (ie enough protein). You can lift weight as well which will promote muscle growth. You will probably need at least 100grams of protein a day if you are exercising a lot.
