Health: The biggest issue with body positivity is your attitude. Encourage good nutrition with at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. To get a good balance of enzymes, vitamins and minerals eat many different colors of veggies/ fruit. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Avoid caffeine & alcohol. Avoid junk carbohydrates and don't be excessive w dairy.
