Meats vegetables: Meat contains large amounts of b6, as do green vegetables, such as broccoli and green beans. One thing to keep in mind is how you cook these foods. If you char the meat down to a cinder, most of the vitamins will denature. Likewise for vegetables. Eating them raw is best, or steam them for 2 or 3 minutes. If you boil them for 10 minutes, most of the vitamins end up in the water.
