Are there any particular vitamins i should give to my 8yo boy?

The best is...: A well balanced and healthy diet. If your child happens to be a picky eater and refuses certain food groups (such as vegetables) a multivitamin would be helpful. But the best way to get great nutrition is through eating all the colors of the rainbow and eating a variety of foods. Focus on making healthy eating habits at a young age and your child will thank you for their good health later!

Multivitamin: A well rounded eater with plenty of veggies and fruits in their diet, will not really even need vitamins. However, vitamins in normal dosing will not cause problems either. Therefore, a regular children's multi-vitamin is a decent option for all children regardless of dietary status and a good option for the pickiest eaters. It just may not be necessary for healthy eaters.
