They sure can.: These may be the best signals to you of what your body needs. And, although in an ideal world w/out monster ads hawking junk food, it would be more trustworthy - we may have to do a bit of self-discipline. A craving for candy is not a healthy cry from a sugar deficiency, right? But yes, overall, you're on track. Be moderate and learn about nutrition from a good source. Then, be moderate. Best 2U!
