A member asked:

Is it possible that weight loss be a possible consequence of stress or lack of sleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

CERTAINLY: Stress and lack of sleep cna cause weight loss in some people, but so can other thinngs. It would be wise to eliminate the possible physical causes and then get help with the way you're dealing with stress - and possibly the cause of it. When you've been trying alone for a time, getting some help makes sense. Therapists are often helpful with stress difficulties.
