Here are some ideas:: First, i imagine that you are addressing the stresses you have and are solving the real problems that can be solved. I don't know of a better sleep aid than vigorous exercise! have you ever tried swimming or water aerobics and then going home to bed? Massage may help. Limit your use of caffeine and other stimulants, of course. Try a self-hypnosis tape or self-relaxation tape to quiet your mind.
