Sleep hygiene: Remains best, being able to do light exercise during the day, no food close to bedtime, easy on electronics and tv during late hours allowing for the stress accumulated during the day to be absorbed. It is between the mind and the body, finding the delicate balance, and with the understanding that nights will not be the same as days are not the same. Talk to your doc as well about your symptoms.

Menstruation: Menstruation is one expression of a healthy body. You will wish to have a thorough history and physical with a doctor, who can assess your weight and sleep patterns. It also depends on whether you ever had regular periods at all. Seeing a GP, internist or GYN can help. Meanwhile if you are able to have healthy eating, please do so pending your medical eval.
