Unlikely: Atherosclerosis is the basic issue, and if not present, low heart attack risk.

NO: Multiple sclerosis does NOT involve the heart directly in any fashion. The drug Gilenya (fingolimod) could affect cardiac rhythm within the first 6 hrs of use, but otherwise, would not expect a "heart attack".
