See your doctor: Plan b will not prevent an ectopic pregnancy so the chance of an ectopic is higher when Plan B fails. If you get pregnant on Plan B you need to be monitored more closely until it is certain the pregnancy is normal. This is not the same as saying Plan B causes the ectopic.
