Consult with doctor: That depends on specifics about the person's health. The person's doctor would know the extent of her anemia & other health concerns better - thus would be the best person to consult with for medical clearance.

Dangerous game: If you're anemic, you have a duty to yourself and those who you love to work with your physician and find the explanation and get it treated. Even at your relatively young age, unexplained anemia is cancer until proved otherwise. "Detox diets" are made up as entertainment, have no real relationship to how the body actually works, and the extreme ones can land you in the intensive care unit.
