Probably unnecessary: Healthy 24-year-olds shouldn't need to take vitamins provided they have a healthy. Balanced diet including fruit, fresh vegetables, grain ; good protein. Plenty of exercise is also essential. Wait until your primary care dr advises need for vitamin suppliments.
