Calories in/out: Losing weight is all about having a higher number of calories burned than taken in. Sweating on purpose means you are exercising which is great. My suggestion is to find an app or website that will help you track the calories of all the foods you have eaten and how much exercise you have done to figure out the rate at which you will lose weight.
