Need evaluation: It sounds like you need an in-person visit to your doctor, especially evaluating thyroid function. Also you need to keep a meticulous food diary for a couple of weeks, recording everything you eat or drink -- and not changing anything. You might discover trends you didn't realize were there -- many of my patients do. A nutritionist ; trainer may help you a lot, even if you also need thyroid help.

Can't lose wt: Goblue, I am sorry you are having problems losing weight. If you haven't been checked out by your physician i would suggest doing so to make sure there are no underling physical problems. Hypnotherapy has been proven very effective in weight loss. Make sure you go to a licensed and certified mental health professional who does hypnotherapy.
