You simply sweat mor: If you sweat enough to be dehydrated you weigh less with the same amount of fat. There is no selective loss of fat except by liposuction. Diet and exercise make you slimmer. This is worthwhile in every way.

No miracles: Not sure it would do either, but fat loss or fat burning is a function of muscle workout exhausting blood sugar and preferentially accessing fat stores in a low oxygen environment.
