could you tell me what are good workouts to lose weight?

Exercise for weight : If you are overeating it is virtually impossible to exercise for weight loss! a typical fast food meal of fries, burger and shake can exceed 1200 calories which, wven with intense exercise would take 6 hours to burn of with just exercise. Exercise control over what you eat. Exercise lower intensity for longer time.

Depends on your…: …personal taste in music. Generally something upbeat, with strong rhythm that makes you want to move to the music. Disco works for some; rock for others, latin rhythms for still others. Try a mix of each to find what works best for you. Anything that will motivate you to move.

How can you lose weight without exercising very much (or at all)?

Calorie count: Losing or gaining weight is a balancing act. Calories in versus calories out. If you take in more calories than you use in a day then you gain weight if you use more calories(like exercising) then you take in(eat) you lose weight. This does not hold true if you have any medical conditions that would change the equation.

What are foods to eat/cook to lose weight. What is the ideal workout and how long?

Whole foods: Concentrate on lean meats and fresh vegetables. These are more filling foods that are healthier and lower in calories. Learn to shop on the periphery of the store and not down the isles where most of the processed, fast food is located. The ideal workout is any activity that gets your heart rate up for 30 min, whether it be walking, biking, swimming, etc. Being consistent with this is what works.

Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
