NOT CERTAIN: One should ask what kind of medication will actually work, and i know of no over the counter ones. However a doctor can prescribe appropriate medication and proper dosage: a pharmacy should be able to fill it.

There are some local shortages in our area of certain meds -if that is the problem, let your doc know so they can choose something else!
