Your Choice my sugge: Brekfast 70o cals lunch 750 to850 cals average 800 cals healthy snack 200 cals dinner 800 cals you can rearrange the way you desire based on whether you want a full breakfast, or bigger lunch and snacks etc and total adds up to 2500 cals it is not a good idea to skip breakfast or another meal unless unavoidable circumstances.
