Stress Attenuates,: At least to some degree, many of the benefits of fitness & clean nutrition. Stress causes hormonal surges that affect the way food is absorbed, utilized and metabolized and diverts mental and physical energy away from the rigorous requirements of physical training. Minimizing stress (the "bad" kind) cannot be overstated! take care & meditate regularly!
