Opioid dependence: Request referral to addictionologist or someone who can help detox you. Opioids never cure. It is better to detox and start over as there are several methods-pta, non controlled meds and rehabilitation. To restore as much function as possible. Unless have cancer get off narcotics and start over. They use Naloxone but again make up your mind to take controll of ur life. Narcotics not answer.
