You're a little old for new onset POTS so I suspect the combination of the 2 benzodiazepines are playing a big role here. Noncardiac medication to treat orthostatic hypotension is florinef which helps your body retain salt. Wearing compression stockings can also help. I'm hoping you'll be able to reduce your use of those tranquilizers significantly. Discuss how to with your MD
