My doc prescribed me ritalin after 3 months of zoloft (sertraline). i keep hearing that many evaluations are required before taking meds. should i just trust him?

Possibly: A psychiatrist might make those med recommendations after 3 months of treatment. Zoloft (sertraline) generally helps with anxiety and depression. Ritalin can make concentration better in a properly diagnosed add patient but it may make anxiety worse.
