If 20 mg of ritalin ir 3x a day don't help , can my doctor increase to 25 mg 3x , when i'm on 50 mg of zoloft (sertraline) 2x a day? will this combination be safe?

ADD: Sometimes your body can adjust to medications especially if you have been on them for a long time. Talk to your doctor about trying a different type of stimulant. There are several different categories to choose from and sometimes switching can allow you to take a lower dose while having a better effect on you performance.
