Switched from ritalin la to quillivant xr. i feel extremely exhausted. ritalin did not do that to me. also taking zoloft (sertraline) 200mg. should i switch back?

Yes: If you switched to a dose of Quillivant equivalent to Ritalin (methylphenidate) LA, yoiu should switch back to Ritalin (methylphenidate) LA. Quillivant is a liquid and you may be absorbing it differently than Ritalin (methylphenidate) LA which is a bead technology.
