Humph: Do they itch? Do they finally break open and blister? Do you sweat on your hands and feet? With just the info and the picture it is really hard to tell but it looks like a type of eczema. Can't really be sure and really need the answers to those questions. It it is it should respond to fairly high dose steroids and doing your best to keep hands and feet dry.

See a dermatologist: Skin eruptions must be seen to be correctly diagnosed. There are not too many illnesses presenting with lesions on the palms and soles. Syphilis is a common one. Get this examined, diagnosed and if necessary treated. Hope you're better soon.
