Difficult to know: Lytic cystic lesion in proximal femur can be related to trauma, tumor, or infection. Sometimes mr imaging can be specific as to whether just cystic or associated mass. In any event if haing pain you should consult orthopedic surgeon for possible biopsy and removal.

Possible: Iliopsoas bursitis. If symptoms persist a physical medicine doctor may be able to help. If this is the diagnosis steroid injections into the bursa can improve symptoms.
