Minimal : Fluctuations of weight are not based on calories over 1 day. Maybe u drank more liquid, had different clothes, perhaps the first day you were dehydrated, options limitless but at 52 kilos is it worth weighing every day and starving? That's not bad, eat sensibly, excercise, relax.
