Thoughts...: If your goal is to maintain your weight then you have to look at not just calories in but also "exercise out". Are you doing enough exercise regularly to handle those calories? The next thing is; are they healthy calories? Are you eating 2200 calories as junk food or are you getting a balanced diet that is going to provide you with key nutrients and vitamins to help you remain healthy?
