#18 root canal 3 months ago and is very sensitive only to any movement. have lots of inflammation in jaw. endo thinks it looks fine. wants to try gabapentin for over reactive nerve? i never heard of this for after a root canal. itches and sore. thx?

'Looks fine' should not give pain. There has to be an explanation for using powerful pain med. pl. enquire. Hope you feel better
