I treated genital warts 2yrs ago,and i recently had a symptom of genital herpes. i started having random pain in my genital area, pelvic, scrotum.. then i had testicular pain for 6 weeks which has reduced now. did herpes cause this or something else?

Herpes does not cause such symptoms, ever. It's something else. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
