Son has bad scabies, all seven of us treated with permethrin 2x, 8 days apart. seeing new rashes(lots pimples red/flesh tone itchy or bigger red bites.more itching.cleaned tons almost daily for 3 weeks! i'm mentally unwell fromthis. still scabies??

Malathion lotion is usually the next step if 2 treatments with permethrin haven't helped. Sulfur applications and ivermectin given orally are also other advanced treatments. I think it would be best to consult a dermatologist, experienced in treating resistant scabies, for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment first. You may have to consult one at a university hospital near you.
