Applied permethrin 2 times week apart for scabies. treated whole family and cleaned everything with hot water. after 2 weeks got 3 new red bumps and itchy. still scabies infested or post scabies itching?

Somewhat difficult to completely remove this pest. You have to clean any fabric that might have come in touch with who ever had the scabies. The most likely thing is that the pest is still there in much less heavy dose. You can broaden the protection with anti-insect spray in your house where activity has been present.
