So i woke in the middle of the night with severe right arm pain with nausea it lasted about 25 minutes later on about 6 hours later then pain came back for about 2 hours now again currently it back could i possibly be having a heart attack?

Please see your physician. These symptoms may indicate a cardiac condition, and the cause of the pain should be determined. Watch for dizziness,shortness of breath and avoid meals two hours or less primary prior to bedtime.
