Well...: being that your only 30 it's unlikely but not impossible. If you are a smoker, overweight, have high cholesterol OR high blood pressure and if heart disease runs in the family (first degree relative with a heart attack 55 or younger) go see a dr and get and ECG. You might still be having a heart attack and take a 325mg aspirin or 4x 81 mg just for good measure won't harm you either way.
