I noticed abnormal scars on my genitalia. i have a "y" shaped scar at the base of shaft, penile raphe that runs along side, scar along perineum, and circumcision scar at head. i'm wondering what is the most likely cause for this scarring? born 1995?

I assume you are an orphan so you do not know your medical history in childhood. If possible, you should see a pediatric urologist who is likely able to answer your question after checking the scars. Good luck.

It might not be a scar- as scars develop after a cut or lesion and you would have noticed that. Best is to get it checked by your doc or a Urologist. good luck
