What: If you are currently having bowel obstruction, taking MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) would be bad, very bad. Think of it like plumbling. If you main drain of the toilet is block, greasing or flushing the toilet is not going to unclogged the blockage for you. If you had a bowel blockage but resolve now then taking MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) is ok.
