I never had a diabetes diagnosis, at the same time, my 6 month bloods show 99. i exercise, sleep well and watch my carbs and eat sugar free cookies. in 6 months from now i could see a 101 glucose score. am i then medically diagnosed with diabetes?

If these are fasting glucose levels, they would not meet the diagnosis of diabetes. You should check a hemoglobin A1C as this tells you how high your blood sugars have been, on average, for the past 3 months. That number should be less than 6 to be normal. If it is in the 6’s or higher, you may have diabetes and checking blood sugars at home would be helpful as well as diet control. Good luck!
