My son has strep throat and was prescribed amoxicillin once at day 11.4ml i am so used to giving it to kids twice a day i mistakenly gave him 11.4 in the morning and at night. not sure what to do moving forward. do i skip a dose tomorrow or give him?

I would not skip a day. Daily once a day for strep is usually adequate but skipping a day allows the blood antibiotic level to fall. Better to miss a day at the end than one in the middle of treatment.
