First, fatigue is a common side effect of propranolol. Secondly, raising the dose will almost certainly make adverse effects worse. Thirdly, would not recommend this medication in 2023 as a migraine preventative, as far better choices are available. Get a second opinion from an experienced Headache Specialist Neurologist.
